Rebekah Kamauu on Instagram: "This is one of my all-time favorite tips for speckling on cookies. Grab a fork, paint brush, preferred gel color, and a bit of water. Water down your gel color and load your paint brush. Gently tap your paint brush on a cloth or paper towel to remove excess color. Glide your paint brush over your fork directly above the cookies you are wanting to speckle. Repeat. Good bye mess, hello cute cookies!"
