Last week was our youngest daughter's birthday and we had planned on going to Miller & Carter. As we are in lock-down I boldly said I'd recreate her Steak dinner, I mean how hard could it be? She told me she always had their onion loaf but it wasn't like a bread loaf...now I've never been to Miller & Carter so I had no idea about their Onion Loaf so had to do some research and devise my own recipe. Homemade Miller & Carter Onion Loaf

Fried onion loaves are a variation on the classic fried onion rings, and they're easily one of our favourite dishes on the Miller and Carter menu.
