The General Catalog is produced by the University of Oklahoma Office of Academic Publications, a division of Enrollment Management, directed by Jeff Blahnik, Vice President for the Division of Enrollment Management and Executive Director of the Office of Admissions & Recruitment, Norman Campus. This publication is issued by The University of Oklahoma and authorized by The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents.
