Our on-campus routes ensure easy access to academic buildings and residence halls, while off-campus routes connect you to popular destinations. With buses running at regular intervals during peak hours, you can rely on us to get you where you need to go, when you need to be there.

Fall and Spring Service
The T runs comprehensive service throughout the UT campus and portions of the Fort Sanders neighborhood with five fixed and two on-demand routes. In addition, we operate five shuttle routes to off-campus locations; ORNL/NRTC/PSCC, Research Park & JARTU, Cherokee Mills, Park and Ride, and Off-Campus to Lakemoor Station.
Summer Service
The T Bus runs a limited service during the summer with two shuttles, one fixed, and two on-demand routes.
Service is fare-free for all passengers.
Accessible/Disability Options
T: Access – Daytime Service
The T: Access is a demand response service available to students with an Access ID card issued by the UT Student Disability Services (SDS).
Faculty or staff must visit the Office of Equal Opportunity and Accessibility to get their Access ID card.
The T: Access operates on-demand, point-to-point service on UT’s main campus, Ag Campus, or UT facilities in the Fort Sanders neighborhood, weekdays from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm
After 6:00 pm, persons with disabilities may use the T: Link service.

T: Link – Evening Service
The T: Link operates nightly between 6:00 pm and 7:00 am. No disability ID is required, but those who have a UT T Access card may indicate their ID# for priority response. Wait times depend on call volume.
The T: Link transports students at night to their destination.
- Request pickup through the UT mobile app’s transit icon or the TransLoc app. The blue circle will pop up to request On-Demand after 6:00 pm.

The T: Link service area includes UT’s Main campus, Ag campus, and the Fort Sanders neighborhood to Grand Avenue (excluding the Cumberland Avenue Strip).
