Rich in omega-3, iron, collagen, zinc, selenium and vitamins A + E + B12 and K 🙌🏼 we've been doing baby-led weaning and this was one of the first foods we've given him (it's one of our favorites too!)   - optional: season defrosted bones *lightly with salt, i do this for added minerals with @redmondrealsalt ' I'm - roast @ 400 for 20 mins - scoop out, put in fridge until solid (15-30 mins or longer) - blend in standing mixer or blender and you're good to go!  We get our bag of grass-fed/finished beef bones from Sprouts (frozen section) for $12 and it lasts us the week.
