Enable bracket matching on the first wikis

Description

Deployment to first wikis is scheduled for January 27.

Small default wikis will be

  • dewiki (because the feature originated from the dewiki community)
  • cawiki (as per wiki consultation)
  • trwiki

More wikis might be added within the next days.

  • Make sure that the limits for bracket matching are back ported before enabling the feature.
