3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp protein powder @musclenation
1 tbsp sweetener
20 g dark chocolate (optional)

In a microwave safe dish, mix well all ingredients. Add dark chocolate on top (optional). Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool down for a few minutes and enjoy.
