It was chilly this morning...i just wanted to cuddle up. when i walked outside with my pink slippers and cardigan...and saw the chicks waddling about with their mum. When i saw this i just wanted to eat them up...excuse the pun. She was actually keeping them from the Cockerel...and I would think, keeping them toasty.
