Looking to catch a break? A home on the scenic coast of Malibu just listed with sweeping Pacific Ocean views and peeling waves to match. Set on Point Dume, the home is perched on a spectacular view lot with access to Little and Big Dume, two of the ‘Bu’s best surf points. At $58 million, it is the neighborhood’s most expensive home on the open market. Branden Williams, Rayni Williams, and Preston Gazoway of The Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing.

It most recently sold in 2022 for $20.75 million and, after an extensive overhaul, was returned to the market last August at $65 million, according to online records.
