The dramatic property, named Nestucca Sea Ranch, spans 25-plus acres where the Pacific Ocean meets the Nestucca River in Cloverdale, about two hours southwest of Portland. It’s expected to hit the market this week, but if it doesn’t snag a buyer quickly, an online no-reserve auction is also scheduled for next month.
