Kobaltohelataza (EC 6.6.1.2, birnovodonična kiselina a,c-diamidna kobaltohelataza, CobNST, CobNCobST) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom birnovodonična kiselina-a,c-diamid:kobalt kobalt-ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + birnovodonična kiselina a,c-diamid + Co2+ + H2O ADP + fosfat + kob(II)irinska kiselina a,c-diamid + H+
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u aerobnoj biosintezi kobalamina.
