Valin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.9, valil-tRNK sintetaza, valil-transferna ribonukleatna sintetaza, valil-transferna RNK sintetaza, valil-transferna ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, valin transferna ribonukleatna ligaza, valinska translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-valin:tRNKVal ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
