Barbara Taylor Bradford

Barbara Taylor Bradford OBE, (10 May 1933 – 24 November 2024) was a British-American novelist. Her debut novel, A Woman of Substance, was published in 1979 and has sold over 30 million copies worldwide.[1] It ranks as one of the top-ten bestselling novels of all-time. She was born in Leeds, Yorkshire.

Bradford died on 24 November 2024 in New York City at the age of 91.[2]
