I am on the Job Market 2024-2025
I am a Postdoctoral researcher at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. I am an empirical microeconomist specializing in Political Economy.
I am deeply interested in the causes behind the rise of populist parties. My research has explored how migration and party strategy contributed to the success of populist movements. Additionally, I investigate the impact of misinformation and motivated beliefs as important drivers of the current political landscape.
I got my PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham in 2022 under the supervision of Giovanni Facchini and Cecilia Testa
