The Beautiful Balloons bundle is one of my favourites in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. Today's card was made with the stamps, Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper, and the awesome new Wanted to Say Dies. The background paper has an ombre effect, and irregular stripes. I stamped small balloons and confetti directly onto the paper, using Lost Lagoon ink for the top half, and Pretty Peacock ink for the bottom half.
