Consumer Terms

For Link, "we" means:

• Stripe, Inc., a U.S. corporation, if you are an individual residing in North America, Central America, or South America other than Brazil;
• Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., if you are an individual residing in Brazil; and
• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, an Irish limited company, if you are an individual residing outside of the locations identified above.

For Financial Connections (including the linked financial account feature), "we" means:

• Stripe, Inc., a U.S. corporation, if you are an individual residing in the United States.
