Set up Music for Assistive Access on iPhone
A person using Assistive Access on iPhone can listen to music from playlists added to the Music app . You can add the Music app when you set up Assistive Access or anytime after.

Add the Music app
Exit Assistive Access if it’s active.
Go to Settings
> Accessibility > Assistive Access.
Tap Manage Apps, then tap
next to Music.
Tap a playlist to allow it to be played in Assistive Access.
You can create and edit playlists in the Music app. See Create playlists in the iPhone User Guide.
Tip: Simplify the Music app by adding just one playlist to Assistive Access. The app then opens directly to the playlist’s list of songs.
