[McIDAS #HQH-586893]: mcidas-x download forbidden

Please let me know if you have any problems accessing the Unidata
McIDAS-X/-XCD distribution from the Unidata Downloads pages.  I
say this because I was reminded that there are 4 things that need
to be met in order for a user to be automatically be granted access
to our McIDAS distribution, not just the one of registering with
an email address that ends in '.edu'.

Aside: I wish that providing access to our McIDAS-X/-XCD distribution
was easier, but our hands are tied by the licensing agreement that
is in-place, sigh...
