கேத்தரின் மேயர் கிரகாம் (ஜூன் 16, 1917 – ஜூலை 17, 2001) ஒரு அமெரிக்க வெளியீட்டாளர் ஆவார். இவர் தனது குடும்பச் செய்தித்தாளான வாஷிங்டன் போஸ்ட் செய்தித்தாளை 20 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக நடத்தி வந்தார். இவரது நினைவுகளின் தொகுப்பான "பர்சனல் ஹிஸ்டரி" என்ற புத்தகம் 1988ம் ஆண்டு புலிட்சர் பரிசு வென்றது. இவரே ஃபார்ச்சூன் 500 பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்ற ஒரு நிறுவனத்தை தலைமை தாங்கிய முதல் பெண் என்ற சிறப்புக்கு உரியவர்.
