After thoroughly grilling the surface, I wrapped it in aluminum foil with raw flavorful vegetables such as celery leaves and slowly cooked it in the oven. The secret to the deliciousness is the dressing, which has a perfect combination of sweetness and sourness. It has a refreshing taste made by mixing balsamic vinegar, sherry wine, and ponzu sauce.
