Sungai Cijere Ds. Pasir Mukti Kec. Citeureup hanya memiliki lebar eksisting 7,50 meter dan kedalaman 1,30 meter, dan tidak dapat menampung debit banjir saat hujan turun. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan cara melakukan normalisasi di ruas sungai tersebut. Makalah ini mengemukakan perhitungan debit banjir dengan periode ulang 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 dan 100 tahun untuk mendapatkan dimensi saluran yang paling tepat untuk mengalirkan debit banjir pada periode ulang rencana. Saluran direncanakan berbentuk segi empat dengan lebar dasar 12 meter, tinggi 3,80 meter dan diperkuat dengan sheet pile pada kedua sisi saluran. Saluran ini mampu mengalirkan air dengan debit banjir 59,30 m3/detik pada banjir dengan periode ulang 10 tahunan. Sheet pile dipancang pada kedalaman 7,00 meter dari puncak saluran.

Indonesia has been striving to become the world’s largest ornamental fish exporter for the past two decades, but success has been limited. This study analyzes Indonesia’s export competitiveness and identifies the barriers encountered. A trade analysis using the UN-Comtrade database for 2012–2021 was conducted using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Constant Market Shares (CMS), and Competitiveness Matrix formulas to evaluate the competitiveness. Qualitative data from interviews with forty-three industry stakeholders were analyzed using NVivo to evaluate export barriers. The findings revealed that Indonesia had not been optimally exporting to some of the world’s largest markets and faced various barriers, such as product quality and continuity, regulations, marketing, shipment, and other internal and external barriers. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) are vital to economic growth, particularly in developing nations. In ambiguous and unpredictable business situations, strategic management in various industries has extensively used dynamic capabilities (DC) theory to pursue a competitive advantage. The objective of this study is to construct an integrated conceptual model for DC in MSME in the agribusiness sector. Using the PRISMA (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis) protocol, the study employs a systematic literature review methodology in order to achieve the goals. A comprehensive search of the Scopus database using keywords and search strings returned 443 papers published between 2002 and 2022, with 26 relevant research highlighted and synthesized. The study results indicate that the integrated model of DC focuses on three aspects: the antecedent, the process, and the outcome. This article's findings should be regarded as a guide or road map for future empirical studies on the subject of DC in MSME.

Memperbaiki daya dukung tanah dengan bahan kimia adalah cara memperbaiki daya dukung tanah dengan mencampur tanah dengan bahan-bahan kimia seperti semen, kapur, aspal, abu terbang (fly ash) dan abu sekam padi. Bahan-bahan ini mempunyai unsur silika dan kalsium yang dapat membuat peristiwa agromelasi (membuat butiran menjadi lebih besar). Secara spesifik (alinteristi.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/tpt1.ppt) menyebutkan bahwa prinsip dasar dari perbaikan tanah secara kimiawi dan fisik adalah mengubah komposisi fisik dan kimiawi tanah dengan menambahkan admixture sehingga terjadi peningkatan kepadatan dan kohesi serta modulus kekakuan tanah terhadap pembebanan. Jenis perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah penambahan admixture pada tanah, penggunaan Goruiting, dan metode Thermal. Metode kimia yang dilakukan adalah penambahan admixture pada tanah. Admixture diberikan pada tanah permukaan dan deep mixing, yaitu pemberian admixture pada kolom dalam tanah. Jenis-jenis bahan yang digunakan adalah: -Semen dan Kapur Pada pemberian semen dan kapur pada tanah, terjadi reaksi hidrasi dan penggumpalan untuk jangka pendek serta sementasi dan karbonasi pada jangka panjang. Landslide in Indonesia usually occurs during the rainy seasons. Previous studies showed that rainfall infiltration has a great effect on the factor of safety (FS) of slopes. This research focused on the effect of rainfall pattern on the FS of unsaturated slope with different slope angle i.e.: 30°, 45°, and 60°. Three different rainfall patterns, which are normal, advanced, and delayed were considered in the analysis. The effects of low or high hydraulic conductivity of the soil are also observed. The analyses were conducted with SEEP/W for the seepage and SLOPE/W for the slope stability. It is found that the lowest FS for gentle slope is reached under the application of advanced rainfall pattern and the lowest FS for steep slope is reached under the application of delayed rainfall pattern. Reduction of FS is known to be the largest for gentle slope rather than steep slope due to negative pore water pressure reduction and the rising of ground water level. The largest FS reduction caused by rainfall was achieved for gentle slope under advanced rainfall pattern.

Landslide in Indonesia, specifically in Java island, occurs during rainy seasons. In Java island, it is known that the tropical red clay has the ability to stand at steep angles, while in stability analysis due to rainfall, practitioners only consider the rise of groundwater table. Previous studies states that one of the factor affecting factor of safety (FS) for tropical red clay slopes is the formation of saturated zones due to matric suction. This research studies the effect of rainfall intensity and duration to FS of cut-slopes as parametric study with probabilistic analysis for different height of 10m, 20m, and 30m also slope angles of 27°, 45°, 55°, and 70°. Rainfall parameter are taken from FTUI rainfall station for advanced pattern and three-days duration of rain. Analysis of seepage uses SEEP/W and slope stability uses SLOPE/W. D ay by day cost of construction is increasing rapidly because cost of materials required for construction like bricks, masonry, cement, aggregate, reinforcement, formwork, plastering, etc., is increasing. Generally column width is more than width of brick wall in RCC frame structure, as main load carrying member is column, whereas wall just act as partition media. This results in offsets inside the room. This plastering of uneven faces requires comparatively more time and also requires more quantity of material which ultimately leads to increase in the cost of construction. If we consider the practical aspect, the formwork that is plywood/wood comparatively is at low rates. Hence, if we construct column of same width as that of wall, it will not only reduce the offsets and plastering time, but will also provide uniform surface finishing which will be pleasing aesthetically. It will also be cost effective from shuttering point of view and reducing labour cost. I ssues of occupational safety and health (OSH) in construction projects in Indonesia has not received serious attention from stakeholders.

The area of coverage of waste management services in some areas sometimes only focus on specific areas such as the capital province, district or city. Some areas of the region (district) still do not get special attention for waste management facilities services from local City Sanitation Department. In this study we raised two villages located on the banks of the Kampar River and examined the management of non-organic domestic waste in this area. We choose Pulau Birandang Village and Alai Village because of the habit this people to throw garbage like non-organic waste (such as paper, plastics, etc) to the Kampar river. This act is very dangerous for the sustainability of water security and can cause silting rivers. The aims of this research to analyze the influence of commercial approach as a solution to solve waste problem in both villages. Commercial approach is the method applied by giving incentives to people who are sort the nonorganic waste according to its kind. Data for this study were collected from observation using 80 questionnaires to 80 respondents from both villages, the Pulau Birandang village and Alai village. Results of the analysis is also reinforced by opinión from the leaders of them (people) who are likely to reflect the wishes of the people too. The results from this study is the commercial approach (take and give system) which applied in this villages could increase people's enthusiasm in managing domestic waste by sorting waste before it is collected.
