Fantastic brand and fantastic beer…. But I hadn’t realised that signing up to a subscription meant that I was basically paying for them to ship me their damaged cans. 2 months in and all 48 cans have been sent to me damaged.

Upon entering the Wentworth at our reservation time we were told by the assistant that our table was not ready yet and to wait in the bar area with 6 hungry children. We did just that and ordered out drinks. My friend registered for us to have 25% off our meals whilst waiting. She registered but the coupon didn't come through at all whilst we were in, there is obviously a delay with your system in signing people up. We then came to order, me and my other friend have babies so only wanted to purchase a baby bowl for them. Usually this isn't an issue but your manager Katie told us this wasn't possible, after a good 5 minutes of her trying to work out what she could do she said we could order a bowl of chips for £2.99, I agreed to this as we were running out of time and had somewhere to be at 6pm and after the delay of the table time was going. I asked her to not put the chips in the bowl and told her how ridiculous it was. The whole time she was very patronising, making it as awkward as possible for us to order. When I started to get irritated and asked her name and if she was the manager suddenly she knew the hassle she'd caused and decided to give us a bowl for the veg for free. She said she needed to account for the few vegetables that would be in the bowl, how when its unlimited veg? If this is how your managers are being with customers I suggest they receive more training in customer service as without us "customers" you wouldn't have a business. I would like a reply.
