Amazon Prime used to deliver on time — sometimes even early! But the past two major their carrier won’t deliver and actually makes up lies about why they are unable to deliver. For example, they say there is snow on the road (it’s January in Pennsylvania!) or they need more detailed delivery information when literally hundreds of products have been delivered to my address. Amazon customer service is worthless— they do nothing. My packages are arriving weeks later than they were promised. I have called more times than I can count and nothing improves. I am extremely disgusted.

I ordered a Tupac mystery box thinking it will arrive before Christmas, which was my fault really since I didn’t realise it was a December box and it will get posted a bit later. They also send me an email stating that the box will arrive after Christmas. When I was waiting for the box I sent the company an email asking if they know where my parcel is, I didn’t have to wait long for a reply email, they were very polite and apologetic. They even added an extra gift with the mystery box as an apology. Honestly, customer service was perfect, will definitely be purchasing from them again! And the merchandise was amazing as well! Great quality!

It has now been almost 3 months since tried contacting them about missing and damaged items in my order. The only way to contact them is an online form that seemingly goes strait to the bin or a phone number that doesn’t answer. I had a missing item and a damaged item in my order back in early December and I sent an online form on their website 6 times and rang them 4 times before giving up and deciding my mental health was worth more than the £10 owed to me. DO NOT BUY ONLINE you’ll never get anything back if they mess up your order. They do send you emails asking for reviews on their items then remove the reviews when they’re negative though.

There was a slight delay, but it wasn't much more time. You have to expect a little extra time in overseas shipments. Otherwise the cd arrived in perfect condition. I'm satisfied. I would recommend your company.
