Jukebox arrived within the delivery time quoted on purchase. Jukebox as described on website and in very good condition. Delivery people were friendly and unpacked the jukebox and placed it where I wanted it.

Cleanliness and toilet checks are a major problem for this business. I worry, if the cleanliness in customer facing areas - what are the non customer facing areas like? It is for that reason we don't eat or drink there anymore. We use a local restaurant or bar, bowl only and leave. We also pop out to use the toilets as general portaloos or shopping centre toilets are always cleaner. They are missing a huge trick because people want to leave whereas the business could be convincing customers to stay longer and spend more. The staff don't care. None of them which filters down from the site managers who are just as bad by setting poor examples. Absolutely no upselling, care or dedication is written on the face of nearly every employee. They must be unrewarded and unmotivated. It's a shame as the business has got the atmosphere and layout perfectly fine.

The original cue I ordered had a slight curve to it, ABC replaced it promptly without any issues. The service was great.

Was looking for a pool table as a Christmas present for my boys. Was relatively short notice but the guys were excellent. Brilliant service and the table was delivered within a couple of weeks. Brilliant service and great pool table, absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

I waited three months for a custom cue, It arrived with a HUGE KINK and made a horrible clicking sound when hitting the cue ball, then after a few hours of playing, the tip just fell off. I went through the hassle of sending the cue back and spoke with the company's director NIEL SANDFORD, who completely denied there was a kink and told me I should have just gone somewhere local to fit a new tip. I eventually got a refund for the cue, but NIEL the company’s director is the most arrogant, aggressive, and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and most of the people in the office who answer the phones are extremely unhelpful and know absolutely nothing about snooker cues. I have spoken to a couple of other companies since dealing with cue craft, and they both mentioned horror stories they have heard over the years. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
