You really are a crap company thanks to you I have been up all night trying to stop the leak from the roof that is pouring though my bathroom ceiling from flooding into the hall and soaking my carpets, this has been going on since September 2024, you don't care about your tenants all you care about how much money you can rob from us last year you increased the rent by over £50 month and the service charge by £51 a month you are supposed to be a charity what a load of crap that is, but you really are a bunch of scammers. I have been advised to take you to court and I have made an appointment with the council so they can see the months of video I have of the leaks in my bathroom, And as for your stupid offer of £125 compensation, I will see you in court and I can guarantee it will cost you a lot more than £125

Price was OK thanks to a bonus 10% promotion but they claimed it took 5 days to arrive via Tracked 48 and that Royal Mail tracking confirming delivery ment it had arrived at RM’s central depot and not with them . . . . mmmmm?! As it supposedly arrived at the weekend they then don’t process payments until the Monday. So expect to wait at least a week to get your money transferred, from the date of posting.

after being with another company for 2 years with nothing but issues who used Biffa to collect our waste we moved to Biffa direct. all the issues we experienced disappeared and after almost a year with them direct now decided it was going so well to upgrade our contract to include recyclables. contacted Biffa and Chloe Green took this on for us. prompt on returning with questions asked, proactive in ways we could have saved more money, made sure we understood what we were taking on and if this was correct for our business before sending the contract as soon as this was signed and returned she kept us updated on the procedures till we had everything finalised and up and running. nothing was to much trouble and she is a asset to the company. here is to hopefully many more years of stress free service

I tend to just buy fertilisers from Elixir. The price is always reasonable, if not slightly on the side of cheap. I wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else, and I've looked!
