What is Phi Zeta Research Day?

Phi Zeta Research Day was founded by the University’s Comparative and Experimental Medicine graduate program in 2007.

The goals of Phi Zeta Research Day are as follows:

  • Provide a venue for students and new investigators to gain experience showcasing their work as oral presentations.
  • Gather UTCVM investigators with related and varying interests to provide opportunities for the creation of new ideas, collaborations, and networking that will enhance health-related research.​

When is Phi Zeta Research Day?

The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine will be hosting its annual Phi Zeta Research Day on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. A detailed schedule with presenter abstracts included will be provided closer to the event.
