LEVEL 1: At the lowest level the key is to have an infinite volitional energy rating. This may be done by having zero dual-directional units, which must be properly justified including proof of motion from rest with no inputted kinetic energy. A further question is completing the whole cycle, which is at first theoretical, however motion from rest at every point is a good indicator. LEVEL 2: This is the same as level 1, except there are a larger number of justified moving parts (JMPs), creating a larger number of infinities in volitional terms, as more moving parts usually means more energy. LEVEL 3: This is much more advanced than any previous level. The key here is to have a volitional equilibrium of zero by dividing a number of modular units by infinite sub cycles. The papers published at this site result from a new physics theory. This theory is almost completely different from current theoretical physics. For example the theory includes a new definition of electric charge. This definition has an effect that reaches into all areas of physics theory. It helps toward achieving unity at the fundamental level. The theory offers new definitions for many fundamental properties. These definitions lead to new interpretations inconsistent with popular theoretical ideas. Rather than coin new words and names causing unnecessary difficulty in communication, I borrow common physics terminology.
It seems reasonable to propose “strawman” requirements and progress toward a unified theory to help researchers work toward a common vision [5]. A unified theory will gain acceptance if it: 1-4 Accurately models the mass of the neutron and its decay to a proton, electron and antielectron neutrino. Agrees with the mass of these and other fundamental particles and energies reported by the Particle Data Group [20][26], maintained by University of California at Berkeley and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Testing). Provides a source of constants for the four forces. Unites quantum mechanics and Newtonian gravity. Models atomic binding energy data. Models measured abundance of the elements. Models mass for baryons, mesons and their decay times. Explains and extends the Standard Model. Explains the origin of energy. Explains time and space. Provides the number of neutrons in nature. Explains the Heisenberg and Pauli principles. Explains the double slit experiment. Anticipates EPR measurements. Models and agrees with cosmology expansion curves. Explains accumulation of mass in clusters, galaxies and stars. Explains dark matter and dark energy. Provides a basis for progress regarding life’s enduring questions. Explains perception. Explains evolution of life and development of the body.

The key elements of the Unified Model are reviewed and checked against modern experimental data. For medium-mass or heavy nuclei it is found that separation between collective and intrinsic degrees freedom becomes invalid for after exciting five to ten collective quanta along the yrast line and two quanta above it. A deterministic unified theory has been proposed of space-time, gravity, vacuum and quantum mechanics, that is based on a multiconnected nested toroidal and monopole space topology, in which each state of a quantum system encodes the information about the state of the higher-dimensional system. The universe can be thought of as continuous fluctuating quantum fields composed of classes of particles: Bosons and Fermions filling all space-time, that show many-particle interferences and distributed frequency zones located at ordered and disordered modes. The mechanism of life develops through a complex multilevel network of coherent ordered semi-harmonic and decoherent or called chaotic resonances, each of which is characterized by its own vibrational rhythm, which communicate through the phenomenon of "resonance", where communication travels through a localized and non-localizable 5D-space. Entropy has qualities that are associated with life and the cause of processes driven by negative energy lies in the future, exactly such as living beings working for a better day tomorrow. Order is related to Bose Einstein condensate behavior, whereas negative entropy can be considered as a measure of energy's diffusion and dispersal to realize more coherent microstates, to stabilize and to increase order with time. Electromagnetically seen, living organisms make use of typical natural quantum resonances, that can be calculated by the equation of standing waves, that describe the fibre bundles located at the surfaces of the nested toroidal geometry: En = ħ ωref 2q 3m, and added the states just positioned in between the entangled pointer states. The edge of the states of elementary particles: Bosons and Fermions is given to “order”: Bosonic particles are distributed according to the principle of coherence or called order, whereas Fermions are distributed according to a combination of order and disorder. Similarly, the edge of "conscience" and “no-conscience” is given to “conscience”, that is related order, whereas “no-conscience” is related to disorder. Consciousness is the sentience and awareness of internal and external existence and is entangled with the awareness of life and order of the universe, whereas universal intelligence is the intrinsic tendency of matter in universe to self-organize and co-evolve into ever more complex, intricately interwoven and mutually compatible forms. Consciousness can be modelled by a 5D brain-associated, toroidal workspace, that provides further quality control and monitoring of integral brain function, according to holographic principles and can be described by the so-called pure states, that are calculable combinations of entangled and disentangled discrete states. Examples of emerging technological research-projects are given aiming to increase the coherency of states, as a reflection of the states of Bose Einstein condensates, the vacuum and the proposed algorithm.
