Mission
U.S. Africa Command's directorate of command, control, communications and computer systems manages information systems efforts for command personnel in Germany, the U.K., and forward elements at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The directorate also conducts multiple capacity-building engagement activities with African partners.
Vision
Provide timely, trusted and effective information capability at the point of need in support of the U.S. Africa Command campaign plan and operational missions by continuously improving U.S., partner, and coalition communication systems, interoperability and cybersecurity.
