Accessibility Statement

AMS is committed to making its website and information accessible to everyone.

Our site contains HTML documents, plain text files, PDFs that require a PDF reader (available for free on most computers and digital devices), Microsoft Word files and other file types like PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets.

We are working in accordance with the Section 508 standards for electronic and information technology as outlined by the USDA Accessibility Statement and U.S. Access Board.

If you have trouble accessing our information…

We would be glad to help. While we strive to make all information posted to the AMS website accessible to everyone, there may be exceptions for older material. If you are experiencing issues accessing information through our website or would like to send comments, please contact the AMS Section 508 Coordinator at AMSSection508@usda.gov or the AMS Web Content Manager at AMSWebmaster@usda.gov.

The USDA TARGET Center converts USDA information and documents into alternative formats, including Braille, large print, video description, diskette, and audiotape. For more information, visit the TARGET Center's Web site or call the Center at (202) 720-2600 (Voice/TTY).

Adobe® also offers conversion tools through its Accessibly Resource Center.

Microsoft provides free readers and viewers for Word, PowerPoint and other files through its download center.

Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. §§ 4151--57)

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) facilities comply with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), which requires access to facilities that are designed, built, altered, or leased with Federal funds. The Access Board is the federal agency responsible for enforcing the ABA. The Access Board's accessibility standards are available on their website. View information about filing a complaint.
