Faculty doing researchArts and Sciences faculty routinely are awarded national and international grants and fellowships.  In the recent past, A&S faculty have won grants from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Science Foundation, National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, U.S. Department of Education, National Institutes of Health, ACE Fellowships, Fulbright Fellowships, Guggenheims, National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowships, and Humboldt Fellowships.  Similarly Arts and Sciences faculty have been asked to be fellows at national and international institutes and centers, such as the Princeton Institute for Advanced Study, Harvard Asian Center, and the American Physical Society.

Additionally, the Dean's Office has established a robust set of internal funding opportunities.  The college also has partnered with the University Office of Sponsored Programs to create an on-site Grants Office to help facilitate faculty research at all levels.  To explore all the opportunities available faculty are encouraged to use the web menu to the left.
