At the start of each year, The State of Vermont’s Children provides Vermont’s policymakers, educators, caregivers, health practitioners, business leaders, and community members with an objective, data-driven assessment of the well-being of young children and families in Vermont.
This yearly report includes progress on selected indicators and outcomes for the early care, health, and education systems, as well as recommendations on how best to improve child and family well-being. The wealth of information in the report sheds light on the economic, social, health, and educational conditions for children in Vermont.
