Student-invited Seminar Series
The Student Invited Seminar Series is funded by Howard Hughes grants for the graduate students in the Department of Biological Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University. Graduate students are encouraged to nominate scientists they would like to network, meet and learn from.
BioSci CDC
BioCDC is a student-run committee started in 2018 which helps PhD STEM grads understand their career options, develop professional skills, and grow their professional network. The students coordinate a monthly seminar series featuring speakers from alternative careers.
