With Housing Services since 2003, Dawn has had roles in nearly every area within the department. Currently as senior financial manager within the Office of the Dean of Students, Dawn continues to ensure that Housing Services is a good steward of revenue received from each resident and that financial information is presented to leaders in a way that allows them to make sound decisions for Housing's future and daily operations. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her fur babies.

Lisa oversees operations housing staff who manage assignments, access, front desks, and cyclical events like opening and winter break. She started at CMU in 2005 in room assignments, an area that is still near and dear to her heart. Now, she oversees housing's main software system, a duty that has earned her the title of “StarRez Queen.” She loves to read but spends most of her spare time cleaning up after the tornados that are her two young sons.

Andrew supervises the FMS labor staff and coordinates daily maintenance in all residence halls and campus housing. Responsible for Greek buildings on campus, he also works closely with students and SLICE staff to ensure an exceptional living experience. Over the summer, he supervises student staff to help CES prepare housing for camp and conference guests. Outside of CMU, Andrew enjoys spending time with his daughters as well as moonlighting as a disc jockey.

As the Housing Operations Coordinator, Myah oversees the day-to-day operations of the Housing Services Front Desk, including our student staff. She also works closely with other Housing Services team members throughout the year to support various cyclical events in the world of student housing experience. Myah is both staff and student at CMU, and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Rhetoric, giving her a chance to experience both sides of the Carnegie Mellon community. In her free time, she is a voracious reader, a casual crafter, and enjoys spending time with her dog, Dumpy.
David Nagy

Part of Carnegie Mellon since 2002, Dave's first position with Housing Services was warehouse facility coordinator. Now, he is facility coordinator for the Hill residencies, which includes Woodlawn Apartments, Spirit House, Roselawn Terrace, McGill, Boss, Scobell, Welch, Henderson, Hamerschlag, and Margaret Morrison Apartments. Outside of work, Dave and his wife Gerrie are heavily involved with their two daughters' basketball teams as coaches and book and clock keepers.

Joining the team in 2024 as the Assistant Director of Housing Operations for Access and General Operations, Lauryn oversees all housing access, front reception, and other key processes within Housing. She manages extensions and early arrivals and coordinates university processes such as move-in, move-out, and Winter Break Housing. She is originally from Michigan but has lived in Pittsburgh since 2019 and has become a proud Yinzer. Outside of the office, she likes to spend time outside, reading, and yelling at her orange cat, Tostito.

Since rejoining the Housing Services team in May 2024, Darian has overseen all assignments and occupancy processes for all on-campus residents at CMU. He oversees room assignment billing, housing accommodation assignments, the annual Room Selection process, the first-year housing process, and other key assignment operations. Darian works closely with campus partners to develop and provide resources and support to enhance all students' residential experiences. In his spare time, Darian is an avid professional wrestling fan and a well-involved member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.

Since joining Housing Services in 2024 as the Front Desk Reception and Access Coordinator, Tre has become a frequent sight on campus, searching for and resolving ID card reader problems. His voice may sound familiar to you as the front desk receptionist, answering questions on the phone or greeting you with a big smile at the desk. In his free time, he walks about Oakland or gets lost in his fanfiction.

Anna joined Housing Services in 2019. Focusing on all things room assignments, she works with students throughout the housing application process during first-year, Greek and General Room Selections. Outside of work, you might see Anna running in Schenley or Frick Park, looking for a book at Carnegie Libraries or eating croissants at a Pittsburgh bakery.
