Public Transportation

Public transportation is an essential service for students, faculty, and staff, offering convenient and affordable travel options to and from campus.

In collaboration with Pace Suburban Bus, the College provides weekday bus services with routes that connect to key locations in the surrounding communities. The Pace Route 715 and Route 714/COD Connector serve as primary options for reaching the campus, with designated stops on both the east and west sides of campus.  For those with special transportation needs, Pace also offers ADA Paratransit and Dial-A-Ride services.

Metra also offers two routes that serve Community College District 502.

Pace Bus Transportation

Pace, the suburban transportation service, in cooperation with the college, provides bus transportation to and from the campus on weekdays, Monday through Friday. The buses stop on the east side of campus at the top of the horseshoe drive north of the Berg Instructional Center (BIC) and on the west side of the campus at the bus shelter in parking lot 10. All buses are marked "Route 715" or "Route 714/COD Connector."

NOTE: there is no Saturday, Sunday or holiday service.
