The Environmental Engineering Lab possesses the essential equipment for advanced water treatment technology development and water treatment technology testing.

Included equipment for advanced oxidation process design and development:

  • UV and visible lamps
  • Solar radiation sensors (UV-A/UV-B, Global, Solarlight)
  • UV-Vis spectrophotometer (Hach DR 6000)
  • Sample digester (Hach DRB200-05)
  • multi-parameter probes including pH (Hach PHC 101)
  • Dissolved oxygen (Hach, LDO 101)
  • ReDox (Hach, MTC 101)
  • Centrifuge
  • Ultrasonic bath
  • Controlled temperature bath
  • HPLC-UV
  • Bench scale Electrocoagulation reactor
  • Tubular furnace
