For thirty-five years he served on the faculty of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where he is now an emeritus professor. During his years at Dartmouth Professor Lindgren also acted as a consultant to a number of government agencies including the Department of Interior, NASA and the Central Intelligence Agency. He is the author of three books as well as numerous journal articles and book chapters. Professor Lindgren presently lives in Washington, DC.view less
