Her childhood was laced with neglect and emotional abuse from parents addicted to alcohol and gambling. She writes on those experiences in order to share with others how she found deliverance and hope.Donna now lives in Reno Nevada with her two dachshund dogs Sammy and Tommy Lou. Donna divides her time between long walks with her dogs and writing. She is also an avid bird lover breeding exotic small birds and caring for her African Violet collection.
