Dr. Okafor is an ordained priest of the Anglican Communion, and is currently serving at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Port Harcourt. He is also the International Coordinator of National Evangelism Christian Outreach (NECO) Inc., and has outreach and Church planting ministries in eight French-speaking African nations.
