Finding and maintaining focus and energy is essential amidst extreme and unexpected challenges, new emotions, and things that do not work as expected. Anxiety, fear and complex inconsistencies have to be managed mentally and physically by a strong passion and wisdom to support it. Personal and professional faith guided experience with startups, healthcare issues, natural disasters, five recessions, the ‘Dot.com’ bust, turnarounds, exits, and whatever you can or have experienced have caused me to share simple leadership principles that will help.
