Prior to joining ARU, he worked as a Lecturer in Management at the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK, and as an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at Wuhan University, Mainland China. He received his Ph.D. in Business Studies (Organisational Behaviour) from the School of Business (AACSB) at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
