      The fact that you are reading this means you already know something (perhaps much) of the story of the Kensington Rune Stone. Indeed, you probably know many stories, from the original told by Olof Ohman about its finding, to the story told in the inscription on the stone itself, not to mention over a century of theories, claims, counter-claims and accusations. The KRS story has had a good run, far beyond anything its creator (whoever that may have been) intended, or even dreamed.

      It must be a daunting task for the newcomer to all this, who is trying to be objective and form a personal conclusion based upon evidence and logic, to consume and digest the mass of material out there on the
