Thank you for purchasing the 2nd book in the Beating ADHD
series. The previous instalment focused on general tips to tackle, challenge, and ultimately beat ADHD. It was written in a manner to help both genders. This eBook takes a step forward and further specifies 50 tips for women with ADHD to follow.
If this is the first book you have picked up, welcome to the series. All can be read as ‘standalone’ eBooks (if you choose to do so) or they can be read together. Some will connect with you, while others will not.
The goal of each eBook in this series is to provide a nice set of 50 tips to immediately implement in your life and start moving towards a positive future.
Women with ADHD have certain realities in their lives, which do not correlate with what men have to deal with. Does this mean women face an increasingly difficult version of ADHD? No, this is not the case. However, it is important for a woman to take the foundational tips (as presented in the first eBook) and add to them.
