About this ebook
Werewolf Eyes (Dark Witch #2)
After the events of Vampire Fangs, Madison’s secret is out and she’s living as Lorelei’s pet. She hates it, but can’t deny the attraction she feels for the vampire, or the safety the older female provides. Nonetheless, it all may be about to change soon.
The new werewolf clan in town is increasingly aggressive and their leader intends to muscle into the vampires’ territories. It seems all is slowly drawing out into a supernatural gang war when an opportunity occurs to cease hostilities.
Madison thought that the party where the mayor would congratulate her and Lorelei, for their arrest of Theo, was going to be a boring affair. Unfortunately for her that changed when Elizabeth, the alpha of the werewolves appeared, but instead of a fight, the situation turned heated in a far sexier manner, and Lorelei found a solution to all of her problems.
Our favorite dark witch will have to be the one to face the consequences though, and she will find herself between Lorelei’s sharp vampire fangs and Elizabeth’s werewolf eyes.
Werewolf Eyes is the second Dark Witch book, an adult urban fantasy series detailing the life of Madison Moore.

T his is actually duller than I thought it would be.
I whispered under my breath. Lorelei’s red lips twitched, but she held back the snort I knew she wanted to release. Her arm tightened around mine.
I hadn’t expected much from the mayor’s celebratory party, but I hoped it would be a little more engaging than this. So far it had all been boring speeches and overpriced hors d'oeuvres. The chief of police discoursed first, then it was the governor’s aide’s time. Now the mayor was the center of attention.
I had to give him his credit due – his was the best speech so far. He was a smooth talker, looking people in the eyes as he spoke, making them believe in him. It would have been more impressive if I didn’t know that most of what he said was crap. There was Lorelei written all over his words, and it only confirmed what I had suspected – he was her toady.
Not that it was too surprising. The influence vampires have on Red Bay shouldn’t be understated. They had money, they had territory and they had people’s loyalties – especially with the promises they could keep. Be a good boy, obey them, and you just might find yourself becoming one, and consequently living for centuries.
I refused to say for eternity because eventually someone will kill them. Vampires tend to be very antagonistic. It was rare for one of them to last past half-a-millennium, and yet there was still a certain allure in it. Even if you don’t live more than a couple of centuries it is a far better deal than you get as a human, and with quite a few extra perks. Strength, health, sheer power and sexuality; vampires had it all, and not even the inability to stand in the sun for long will concern those who desire immortality. Most don’t even care about the widespread belief that vampirism is a ticket straight to hell after death.
Absently I let my ears catch whatever the mayor was gushing about. ... This is another sign of the inclusiveness enjoyed by the supernatural community in our fair city, there is no other place on the planet where they are as well received as in here, and they repay that welcoming with their friendship and their money, which is put to use for the good of all ...
Pretty words, but that was just what they were. After all, this was a party to commemorate the arrest of a vampire. About two months back, Theo tried to wrestle control of the local coven out of Lorelei’s hands. His plan was simple, perpetrate the first supernatural mass murder in the USA, let the police find out a vampire was behind it, and watch as people blamed the dark haired woman.
He regretted it eventually.
I caught him, or better said Lorelei used me as a bait to draw the guilty party forward and then caught him, beating the crap out of him in the process. In the end, I discovered one of the few friends I had in town betrayed me, giving information about me to Lorelei. Rick tried to justify himself, but I couldn’t forgive him. He hadn’t known my secret, but Lorelei was experienced enough to recognize what I was once she got me in her crosshairs.
I’m a dark witch. It doesn’t mean I practice
