FFA STRATEGIC PLAN 2022-25

We’re transforming the natural-born leaders of today into what the world needs next. To keep our programs flexible, engaging and inclusive, we designed a three-year strategic plan that addresses three priorities, including engaging communities and partners to expand access and prepare our members for success in diverse and inclusive workplaces.

State Cohort for Belonging and Engagement

Realizing that removing barriers for a more inclusive FFA means that it must happen at every level, National FFA has encouraged and initiated efforts for state FFA associations and, in 2022, launched a state collaborative program. With funding from the Walmart Foundation, the Zoetis Foundation, Syngenta and Cargill for the collaborative, nine state FFA associations received implementation grants to create solutions to removing barriers to participation in FFA: Illinois, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Wisconsin.

Each state is committed to one year of participation to establish clear, comprehensive, and peer-reviewed plans. In addition, the states must complete action items and create at least 10 assets or best practices to share with other state leaders.

Our Statement of Belonging

The National FFA Organization is committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive, engaging, and growth-focused environment for all students. We prioritize the well-being of our members and actively challenge prejudice while promoting a culture of inclusivity where every individual is respected, treated with dignity, and valued for their unique identities.

As FFA members, agriculture teachers, supporters and employees, let’s hold each other accountable, take care of one another, and be kind.
