Well, I read it even though I'm slumping so that's something.
It has a lot of very good reviews but I didn't love it. Something about how they first met was not clicking for me though it's definitely a new one. I did like the part where we had the whole 'I'll take care of you when you are hurt'. But the romance also felt off for me for some reason.
I did like the setting, which is what made me pick up the series in the first place, and I am interested in the next.

I feel like this series is where Silver kinda grew up as a writer. There are problems and I’m struggling to finish. Pick up Wild Eyes, Hopeless, or Heartless. Omg all 3 of them were 5 stars for me.
