Matt Caplan has frequently appeared on Broadway. For years, he portrayed Mark Cohen in the critically acclaimed, Tony Award winning RENT; the World Premier of High Fidelity; the lauded revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center, as well as Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark. He originated the role of Tunny in the Green Day musical American Idiot at Berkeley Rep. He has appeared in Julie Taymor's Across the Universe and TV shows such as New Amsterdam and NCIS. Caplan is a dedicated singer/songwriter.
