There are multiple terrorist acts throughout the film. From falling cars to bomb explosions, this is one of the most violent films in Hong Kong cinema.
Several explosions result in injuries. In one closeup shot of the aftermath of one explosion, a police officer can be seen with one of his legs already torn apart (some of the inner parts of his thighs can be exposed). Very graphic.

A child dies at the hands of a terrorist group. This can be very upsetting for viewers.
An explosion causes a large piece of road to start cracking. Eventually, a man keeps running from the explosion to reach his wife ONLY for him to get hit by a car as the explosion STOPS. Can be very intense to watch.
A woman argues with her boyfriend over his affiliation with his terrorist group multiple times. She even slaps him one time and warned him that he has a certain amount of time to leave the group. In that same scene right before the slap, he pulled out a gun and ostensibly went towards her to hurt her, ONLY to reveal that he isn't angry at her AT ALL and that he simply wanted to make her happy.
The aftermaths of the explosions can be disturbing to viewers as they may result in severe injury.
