Guidelines for Requesting a Subordination
Upon written request, Invest Atlanta, on behalf of the Urban Residential Finance Authority (URFA), may consider the subordination of its mortgage(s) for refinancing proposals that will not seriously impact the affordability of the property or security of the public investment. Instructions for requesting a subordination are outlined in our subordination guidelines. Please allow 10 business days for processing. For additional information regarding your subordination request, please send your inquiry via email to Felicia Neal at [email protected].
How to Request a Payoff Letter
To receive the payoff amount for your subordinate mortgage, please submit a written request via email to Kirsten Ryans at [email protected]. Please allow seven (7) business days for processing.
