Specialization Requirements

Core Requirements

The requirements for the Criminal Justice Specialization were developed by an advisory group of practitioners and academics, both alumni and friends of Loyola with the intent of preparing graduates to be exposed to the legal doctrines and skills necessary to be effective attorneys.  

The LLM degree requires 24 total units of credit. The Criminal Justice Specialization will be recognized upon the satisfactory completion of 18 units of coursework. This includes 12 units of required courses and 6 units of electives.
