 The Lower Brule Sioux Tribe will operate and administer the Facilities Management Program, functions include:

• Repair and Maintenance 

• Plant Operation 

• Minor Alternations and Improvements

• Safety Management Program

• Facilities Improvements and Repairs 

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

• Electrical Service

• Communication

• Security Services

• General Services

The Facilities Management PL 638 Operations and Maintenance contract includes Education buildings 301, 324, 345, 346, 375, 376, high school portable classrooms 1001, 1002, football field and H.S. grounds. Community College.

Detention Center, fire dept., facilities management/road shop, bus garage.

Emergency Management: Working in cooperation with the Tribal Health Department, to support mitigation efforts as needed to keep the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe safe and healthy, in emergency operations.
